Well, DHL cannot offer "Premium Shipment" service to my country for the time being, so the order has to be returned.
BUT; yes, a big "but" here: the people in the service team are very, very polite, and if we take into account that they have to contact DHL to get information about current situation, that I received reply in about 1-2days is genuinely not slow. Plus, their reply is very information-rich and crystal clear, easy to understand, absolutely no-bulls**t. I am impressed with all these.
I'll be back as soon as the pandemic ends and hopefully I can finally get my hands on this fabulous Alfa by then... :D
